Facilities

Special learning environment

Our facilities help to enrich the educational experience we provide to our students.

We have 2 nurture classrooms that are therapeutically informed to ensure lessons are conducted in a calm and focused environment.

There’s a food technology room that’s fully equipped with everything our students need to cook up culinary treats while learning essential independence skills.

At the heart of our school, you’ll find the communal hub. It’s where students eat, attend assemblies, socialise, and receive therapeutic interventions.

And we have a sensory room and a sensory garden, for exploring and interacting with lights, colours, textures, sounds, and aromas.

There’s also an outside calm area where students can retreat to for peace and quiet, plus various open spaces for gardening and outdoor activities linked to the curriculum.

And for our sports-lovers, we have a dedicated ball area where they can flex their football and basketball skills.

We also have in-house speech and language and occupational therapists and a mental health first aider based on-site so students can always access the support they need.
