Esland Grantham School is dedicated to implementing a careers programme that puts its students first and prepares them for their future by offering bespoke advice and guidance. This programme will allow students to meet with employers and develop interactive skills that are fundamental for success in further education and the workplace. We aim to raise the aspirations of all our students and challenging stereotypical thinking.
Our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance supports students develop the knowledge and skills that will help them make best use of their capabilities in learning and work throughout life. We design our careers programme to ensure that all students can make and plan for positive choices about their future.
